As most of you are aware, Mr. Goodtime has a regular feature on his show to test your lateral thinking skills with a conundrum. The solution to the puzzle, the people who proved their prowess and also the names and forfeits of those who were unable to show such mental dexterity will be posted here.
Additionally, The Hardcore Troubadour's regular quiz "Name it if you can" will have it's answers, results, winners and losers posted on this page so keep checking back to see how well you've done!

Philly the Loveable Christmas poem
T`was the night before Christmas, gee ain't it grand
As the gang gathered round here in radioland
While the rooftops were all covered up with the snow
The perverts tuned into to slave-radio.
From Scotland came Bud with sweet linzyloo
And caron was there and Alucard too
They came with their smiles and laughter and joy
With whips and with butt plugs and other cool toys.
Up in canadia with its cold and its snow
came the bad bunny and good old Astro.
Of course there was maddening - yes, Ken is his name
And if he’s around he will win the game.
From jolly old England there’s such a long list
And when I am done hope there’s none that I missed

There was Lisa the good girl and then there was rai
When all of a sudden I looked in the sky
To see the bald eagle fly high up above

7. Give up your resistance to change. Change is good. Change will help you make improvements in yourself, your life and those around you. Follow your bliss and embrace change don't resist it
8. Give up on your fears. Fear is just an illusion it doesn't exist, you created it. It's all in your mind. Correct the inside and the outside will fall into place.
9. Give up on your excuses. We tend to limit ourselves because of the excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives we get stuck lying to ourselves and using excuses most of which are not even real.
10. Give up on living your life to other people's expectations. Don't live your life according to what your parents, friends your enemies the government or the media thinks you should. Don't ignore your inner voice, your inner calling. Live your life the way it makes you feel happy. The only expectations you need to live up to are your Masters.
11. Give up the past. I know this is hard but you can never move forward by letting the past control your present and your future. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. As they say life is a journey not a destination. Have a vision for the future but always be present in the now.
12. Give up attachments I know this is a hard concept, it was for me too, to leave everything behind to move to my Master. It is hard but it is not impossible. I'm not saying to give up your love for these things because love and attachment have nothing to do with one another, attachment comes from a place of fear, while love is pure, kind and self less, where love is there can not be fear, and because of that fear and love can not coexist.

24 Hours of Christmas - check calendar for schedule and show times
Once again, Christmas is upon us and Slave Radio will be welcoming in the festive season with another 24 hours of live music and presenters throughout Christmas Eve.
The marathon begins at midnight, when Mr C, the smooth operator presents the softer music for this time of year. At 5am the Softcore Whore takes over with a seasonal twist on "two for Tuesday" until 10am when she hands over the airwaves to Mr Goodtime. He will be bringing you 5 hours of requests and fun until 3pm, when Hairy Trev takes over.
Of course, with the UK time difference, this show will cross over into Christmas day in the UK so the party will soon be in full swing before the Hardcore Troubadour takes over at 8pm for the final four hours, before Christmas day falls in the States.
(Note: Times listed are Eastern Standard Time... add 5 hours for UK)
Sadly the Prince of Darkness has had to send is apologies for not being able to participate due to work commitments, but he will be with us in spirit, and maybe he'll have the opportunity to call in to one of the shows during the marathon!

I'd like to thank people for their recent messages and posts sent through the blog page. All e-mails are read and considerd and I hope to be able to answer all in due course.
Please be aware though, that comments sent through the contact form DO NOT automatically appear on the blog. They are simply sent to me and I have to repost them.
With this in mind, may I ask that if you would like to see a particular feature on the blog, or wish to correspond privately, then use the contact form. However, if you have a public announcement, comment or request, these can now be freely posted on the NEW COMMENTS PAGE.
Please note: While we will allow uncensored all comments positive OR negative about slave radio or the lifestyle, any posts which appear to be a personal attack on any person or group,
WILL BE DELETED!!!
Slave Radio, by virtue of the lifestyle has an obligation to be open-minded towards other views but will not tolerate individual bias.
Following a recent request, a page will be added during the festive season where photographs of listener's Christmas decorations will be displayed. I'm sure after the holiday season, this page will change to something topical.
It is the hope in the near future to add further pages regarding specific shows on a weekly basis. Typical examples being the answer to Bob's weekly riddle "Are you smarter than an ass?" or the results from Phil's "Name it if you can" quiz.

Slave Radio crosses to the Dark Side!
Slave Radio is pleased to welcome a new member to our DJ staff in the mysterious form of
THE PRINCE OF DARKNESS!
Coming from the Scottish Highlands, the Prince of Darkness, brings a sinister pagan and Gothic style to a heavy metal and modern rock show for you to enjoy when you get home from your regular Sunday morning worship.
After a successful sound check on Monday evening and pilot show the following day, our newest DJ will launch his full new show on Sunday evening, 4pm Eastern / 9pm UK Time.
All of slave radio wishes him the best of luck and lots of fun!

Slave Radio Released!!!
After a few days of treatment, tests and the usual requirement of psychiatric evaluation, the new Slave Radio Blogspot is being released into the community!
Of course, it's still in the early stages and it's going to take a little time, but I hope you will find it useful to learn more about the Slave Radio Team, how to listen to the station and information about your favourite shows...
Never again will you have to miss what's going on as the calendar will tell you when your favourite shows are on, as well as information about the special events.
My own intention was to create a blog which was clear and concise, allowing people to find the information they required easily and quickly without the blog looking cluttered and untidy. It's my plan to add a comments page for listeners to give us feedback on our shows or to send messages to the team.
In the meantime, I'd welcome any comments, particularly from the fellow DJ's and staff about other things they may find useful on the blog, and to allow me to compile the list of staff who can edit Blog content!
